Township revitalisation symbolises our commitment to bring about real change in the lives of our people through the several housing projects we have worked in. It is a joint urban regeneration project between the provincial and local spheres of government and is part of government’s integrated sustainable rural development and urban renewal programme.
Totoro has at the core of project implementation and delivery of the township revitalisation addressing the dilapidated houses and reconstructing them into bigger and better houses. It is our belief that everyone is entitled to live in a decent and yet safe, warm home. Our workmanship speaks to the quality and commitment that we pour into each project.
